The May Fair hotel spa turns valuable time into still more valuable results through a meticulously tailored experience re-emphasising wellbeing and health. May Fair Spa treatments are carefully structured to put time on hold, creating a discreet, healing inner sanctuary, far from the whirl of central London.
A non-refundable deposit of 50% will be taken at the time of booking. Remining balance will be collected from same card upon arrival. We require 48 hours' notice for cancellations and amendments. In the event of needing to change your booking, we will transfer the deposit already paid to another date within the next 12 months. We are unable to issue refunds.

Using May Fair Spa
Our facilities include an aromatic steam room, herbal sauna, experience showers, ice fountain, and a candlelit relaxation room with heated beds. Hotel guests can enjoy these facilities (pre-booking recommended), except for the relaxation room, which is reserved exclusively for those receiving treatments.
We kindly ask hotel guests to bring robes and slippers from their rooms to the spa. Towels are provided. Additionally, all treatment appointments include one hour of complimentary access to the sauna, steam room, and relaxation room. Water, tea and fruit is complimentary.
For single appointments, we provide a 30-minute complimentary spa and gym pass.
For a whole spa day, we provide a complimentary 1-hour spa and gym pass.
We kindly ask that you wear appropriate clothing in public areas of the spa and the correct footwear in the gym.
Couples' Massage Workshop
Under the guidance of one of our experienced masseurs, you'll discover how to release tension and muscle knots in our individually designed couples' massage workshop. After the workshop, you can enjoy a glass of prosecco and strawberries, and take home an ESPA oil product to practise what you’ve learnt.
Workshops are held at May Fair Spa and you can choose from:
- A two-hour course, where you'll both learn how to perform a back, neck and shoulder massage - £320 per couple.
- A four-hour course, where you'll both learn how to perform a full body massage. - £520 per couple.

- Thursday - Friday: 6:30am - 9pm
- Saturday & Sunday : 10:30am - 7pm
All guests are invited to arrive up to 30 minutes before their treatment time to enjoy full access to our wet luxury spa hotel facilities.
Thursday & Friday we are offering all treatments up until 9pm including couples' massages, use of the facilities and refreshments.

Please note, wet spa facilities are available for use 30 minutes prior to treatments. Our relaxation room is available for use before treatments. Robes, towels and flip flops are included.

MIDWEEK TREAT £104
Treat yourself to some well-deserved rest and relaxation with a midweek trip to the spa. Enjoy a complimentary drink upon arrival, a 60-minute massage or facial of your choice, and use of our luxurious spa facilities.
Please note, this offer is £104 per person and is available from Tuesday to Thursday, 9:30am to 5:45pm.
